Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Eligibility Criteria: 10th/12th/ ITI/ Diploma pass with basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Age Criteria: 18 to 35 years
This program is designed to equip you with the in-demand skills to excel as a Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the dynamic world of warehouse operations. Through a blend of theoretical and practical training, you’ll gain the expertise to efficiently manage and process critical data across various Supply Chain and Logistics roles.
Our curriculum covers essential skills such as high-speed and accurate typing, advanced data management techniques, and proficiency in the latest Logistics & Supply Chain software tools. You’ll learn to handle large volumes of data while maintaining strict adherence to data privacy and quality standards.
This program offers a unique blend of classroom and real-world experience. You’ll begin with 5 days of intensive online training, followed by 45 days of valuable paid on-the-job training (OJT) or Industry exposure. During the OJT, you’ll apply your skills in a real-world warehouse setting, gaining practical experience and building your confidence.
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a valuable certification that will enhance your employability and open doors to exciting career opportunities in the growing field of Supply Chain and Logistics.

All participants need to meet certain prerequisites before they begin the
self-registration process on the portal for the program. Take a look at
these prerequisites:
Educational Qualification (from any board)
- 10th/12th/ ITI/ Diploma pass with basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Smart Phone+Good Internet Data/ Connectivity
- Minimum specifications required
- 2 GB RAM
- 64 GB internal storage memory
- 1600*720 MP
- Battery 5000 mAh
- Android V7/8 and above or IOS 14 and above for OS
- 4G and above
- Internet speed 25 Mbps to 40 Mbps
- Data plan 1 GB per day
Academic Policies
- Maintain stationery like diaries, pens, and other items.
- Not indulge in activities of money laundering, consumer fraud, or bribery during the training period.
- Respect each other and always make sincere efforts to avoid wasting time, materials, or resources.
- Adhere to specific safety precautions and recommended procedures of operations during classroom training as well as on the floor.
- Not indulge in any act of violence directly or indirectly or incite others to do so.
- Not partake in any political agitation or activity, mass representation, or signature campaigns to seek favors or defy lawful order.
- Not indulge in alcohol consumption, smoking, or chewing pan, gutka, tobacco, gum, or any other item, inside the training room, or any specified facility of the academy.
- Maintain punctuality according to the schedule of training sessions.
- Ensure 100% attendance during the training program. Any unscheduled leave or absenteeism will draw disciplinary action that may result in expulsion from the program.
- Avoid habitual late coming and willful absenteeism. It may result in termination from the program.
- Expected to have full attendance during the training period.
- There is no facility for stipulated leave at the academy. However, the trainees can be granted leave of absence under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the academy manager due to the following reasons:
- Death in family
- Accident
- Illness
- Marriage
- Other such reasons
- Such kinds of leave cannot be claimed as a right and will be granted entirely at the discretion of the academy manager.
- Leave of absence due to illness needs to be certified by a medical Practitioner.
