NCVET-Recognised Supply Chain Training
A first for the e-commerce and logistics industry, Flipkart SCOA has been recognized by the NCVET (National Council for Vocational Education & Training) under the MSDE (Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship) as an Awarding Body (Dual). This prestigious status empowers SCOA to assess and certify candidates under the NCVET framework. For learners, this means receiving a government-backed certificate that carries genuine national recognition and professional weight across India.

E-commerce Fulfillment Center Associate
Duration: 37 days
Eligibility Criteria:Â Grade 10th pass (No experience required) / Grade 9th pass + 1.5 years of experience / Grade 8th pass + 3 years of experience or 2 years of NTC/NAC/ITI / Certificate in NSQF level 2 (Loader/Unloader) plus 3 years of experience.
The e-commerce FC Associate qualification equips young professionals with the critical skills required to excel in the fast-paced fulfillment center (FC) operations of the e-commerce industry. Participants will gain a holistic understanding of the entire e-commerce supply chain ecosystem. The program is designed to develop specialized skill sets aligned with individual interests across various domains of FC operations, preparing for a successful career.

SCOA stands for Supply Chain Operations Academy. It is a community development initiative by Flipkart designed to upskill individuals for careers in the e-commerce and logistics sectors. Upon completing the program, you will earn an industry-recognized certificate valued by employers across India.
You should have completed Class 10, or ITI or Diploma, or Class 12.
You will need the following: Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details, a passport-size photograph, proof of education, address proof such as a voter ID, ration card, or utility bill, and a Covid vaccination certificate showing both doses.
Depending on the programme you choose, the training is between 50 and 52 days in total.
Upon successful completion of the “Regular Training Programme,” you will be awarded an official certificate from SCOA and Flipkart. For candidates enrolled in our “NCVET Training Programmes,” you will receive a specialized certificate co-branded by NCVET (Under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship) and Flipkart, providing you with nationally recognized industry credentials.
