I was part of the warehousing batch of the SCOA academy. The program is very good and I got to learn many things about the processes that take place in a warehouse. Both the online and offline training program is very informative and helps in skill development. Working in the Flipkart warehouse was an enriching experience.

The warehousing training program of the Flipkart SCOA academy is one of the best. Here, I learned and experienced all processes that go behind the supply chain management. The exposure that I got in the Flipkart warehouse was amazing as I got to know many things. Trainers and other co-workers were very helpful and supportive. I also received a certificate and stipend after completion of the internship.

The delivery associate training program is a great initiative by SCOA academy. Here in this training program, I learned about city logistics in detail. During the digital training, video and audio methods were used. The OJT was conducted in the delivery hub where I performed various roles like sorter, delivery executive, and many more. Overall my experience was very good and these learnings will help me in the future.

I was thrilled when I first visited the Flipkart Warehouse. During the digital training, I had only seen pictures and videos. But when I saw everything in real life, it was amazing. The 45 days OJT is a learning phase where I did packing, picking, and all procedures related to it. If someone wants to pursue their career in supply chain operations, they should definitely undergo the training program by Flipkart SCOA. The most amazing part of this training program is that it is free of cost.”

Everything happened as it was promised. I am really happy and proud to be part of the internship program. The knowledge and experience I gained from this program is exceptional.
