The Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA) is Flipkart’s in-house skilling initiative, launched in 2021 with one clear idea: geography and economic background should never stop a young Indian from building a career in e-commerce.
SCOA was founded by industry professionals with over a decade of experience in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce operations. They saw a critical gap — millions of young Indians with potential but without the specific skills that supply chain companies actually needed. SCOA was built to bridge that gap.
SCOA stands as one of India’s premier private skilling initiatives in the e-commerce sector. With a robust network of training centers and immersive, hands-on learning at Flipkart facilities, our reach extends across over 30 cities, spanning from Guwahati to Coimbatore.
